China Railway Express has expanded the pilot scope of its "Light Travel" service from January 15, adding 92 stations to reach a total of 111 stations, basically covering all provincial capital cities, municipalities directly under the central government, and cities specifically designated in the state plan across the country.
Step 1: Open the China Railway 12306 App or WeChat Mini Program, swipe left in the middle of the homepage applications, find "All Applications", click to enter and find the [轻装行] module.
Step 2: Click [轻装行], and the page will pop up with the "Light Travel" handling process introduction. After reading it carefully, click [预约下单].


Warm Reminder: Please remember to take several clear photos of your luggage and upload them for the staff to check. After confirming that there is no mistake, click submit to successfully make an appointment! After the appointment is successful, you will receive the order information, pickup code and delivery code. Please keep them well.
Luggage Delivery
1.When handling the "door-to-station" luggage handling service, staff will arrive at the passenger's designated location to collect luggage that meets consignment regulations and transport it to the departure station. After passing the security check, the luggage will be delivered to the passenger's boarding platform or the designated in-station luggage service locker/counter (service desk).
2.When handling the "station-to-door" luggage handling service, staff will collect the luggage from the passenger's boarding platform or the passenger's designated in-station luggage service locker/counter (service desk) and deliver it to the passenger's designated location within 5 hours. The recipient will complete the luggage delivery by using the pickup code.
