✅Yes! Non-fresh graduates within 6 years of graduation can apply for Wuhan talent apartments. Here are the details:

1. Educational Requirements: Applicants must hold a full-time junior college degree or higher from a regular university (including overseas institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education).  

2. Graduation Timeframe: Applicants must have graduated within the past 6 years (not limited to recent graduates only).  

3. Employment Status: Applicants must have been employed or started a business in Wuhan with regular social insurance contributions since June 7, 2022.  

4. Housing Conditions: Applicants and their families must own no residential property in Wuhan.

1. For eligible college graduates, during the validity period of their qualification, when renting talent rental housing, they shall pay no more than 70% of the market rent. The cumulative rent reduction period shall not exceed 3 years. Specifically:

   • Full-time doctoral students

     : Exempt from 2 years' rent, with monthly exemption capped at ¥2,000;

   • Full-time master's students

     : Exempt from 1 year's rent, with monthly exemption capped at ¥1,500.

2. College graduates who settled in Wuhan before June 7, 2022 under equivalent conditions and are currently renting talent rental housing with remaining lease terms under 3 years shall pay no more than 70% of the market rent during the remaining validity period of their eligibility.
